It must capture their personality and taste, yet must remain true to the society in which it is created for.Designs must be based on historically classic designs and be adverse to trends. Designs must be timeless and not subject to the passing trends of here and now. It looks to the past to develop the future.Designs are a blank canvas in which to build upon and must not visually over power any environment. The floors, walls, and ceilings should create a dramatic background in which artwork, furniture, and equipment can be integrated as part of the whole design.Designs must have purpose, and therefore, every design decision has to have a reason. There is no randomness to great design. All visual elements, including color and material, must serve a specific reason. They must remain honest to the specific function of the project.
